A Ceramics exhibition has been taking place at Plan Expo/EcoBuild with a number of fascinating pieces from Irish artists..

Irish artist and painter Lesley Kelly is at Plan Expo/EcoBuild with Ceramics Ireland exhibiting a number of pieces from her own work and work of other artists. The exhibition is that of a previous exhibition of artwork which was handpicked by a jury to be shown in Dalkey Castle. The pieces represent a wide range of concepts with functional pices and purel sculptural pieces from talented artists.

There is work from artists including Juliet Ball, Gemma Dardis, Frances Lambe, Shauna McCann, Grainne Watts, Geoffrey Healy and many more. Lesley Kelly recently graduated from NCAD where she showed a collection of her work at the graduation show. She has also exhibited int eh Zozimus Gallery, Francis Street, Dublin, and a number of exhibitions in England including the Peterborough Christmas Art Exhibition. She is featuring two of her pieces at the show whic were inspired by her bottle collection  resulting in two different inspiring forms. Take a look at some of her work here.
